Yes. You can create an anonymous username (e.g. pm3493). You don't have to have a Linkedin profile or a picture to use Product Management Exercises. It's optional.

Can I use PM Exercises to help me prepare for interviewing at companies other than Google, Meta (Facebook), and other big tech firms?

Absolutely. The interview process for a technology based product role is more or less the same at almost any company that follows best practices in their product development process. Even startups and large non-tech corporations such as banks have started following similar interview processes and formats - although their interview process will likely not be as intense as that of a big tech company.
