Is RaiderX sponsorship available outside of Texas?

Currently, RaiderX broker sponsorship is only available in Texas. We are focused on providing the best service to Texas real estate professionals. Expansion to other states may be considered in the future.

Do I really keep 100% of my commission?

Individual RaiderX partners keep 100% of their commission earnings. We charge a simple monthly fee instead of taking a percentage of your transactions. For Team and LLC plans, RaiderX never takes a cut either — team leaders and LLC owners manage their own internal commission structures with their members.

What's the difference between the sponsorship levels?

Basic Sponsorship ($99/month) is for individual agents who advertise themselves under the RaiderX brand. Team/Group Sponsorship ($119/month per agent) allows you to create your own Team or Group brand operating under RaiderX brokerage, hire agents, set your own commission splits, and white-label the platform. Team leaders have flexibility in how dues are handled. LLC Sponsorship ($199/month for the owner only) lets you form your own LLC entity with RaiderX broker sponsorship, running all aspects of your business while using our platform and resources.

How does the application and approval process work?

You can apply through our website. Your application will be reviewed by RaiderX, and we'll contact you with next steps. RaiderX reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on various factors including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and RaiderX policies.

What is an Account Executive?

Account Executives are dedicated support staff assigned to help RaiderX partners succeed. Your Account Executive serves as your resource and is available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you navigate transactions and business needs. Full transaction coordination is available through TCAssist for a flat $150 per transaction.

How can I find a home with RaiderX?

Use our property search platform to browse thousands of homes across Texas. You can filter by location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. When you find a home you love, connect with an experienced RaiderX agent who will guide you through every step of the buying process.

What AI tools does RaiderX offer?

RaiderX offers several AI-powered tools including ConsoleX (our AI command center for policies, procedures, tasks, and data), AI phone assistants that handle calls and qualify leads, intelligent automations that streamline your workflow, and AI insights for data-driven decisions. All partners get access to these tools and can learn how to leverage AI in real estate through our Partner Academy.

What services can partners offer?

RaiderX partners can offer Apartment Locating, Residential Sales, Residential Leasing, Commercial Sales, and Commercial Leasing. Commercial transactions may incur additional fees depending on partner experience and are subject to broker approval.
