2. Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes! We have a personal trainer coaching all of our group training sessions. We also have personal trainers available for private training.

3. Are there any nearby landmarks or intersections to help me find your gym?

We are located directly East of the Jones Riverside Airport on Peoria/Elm and 86th Street. We are conveniently located between Jenks and Tulsa Hills.

4. What are your membership rates?

5. How long have you been in business?

Tulsa Fitness Systems has been in business for over 14 years and was established in December 2010. We have been in the fitness industry since 2000 and have helped thousands of Oklahomans reach their fitness goals! We have been voted Tulsa’s Top Fitness Facility by Tulsa People Magazine for the last 11 years!

6. What are your hours?

We open at 5 am and our last session ends at 7 pm on Monday-Thursday. On Friday we are open 5am-12pm and Saturday from 7am-11am. We are closed on Sunday.

7. Can I do the workouts if I am out of shape?

Yes of course! All of our workouts are modifiable. We recommend you to start slow and work your way up with the workouts. Our fitness coaches are here to help in every session.

8. What can I expect in my first few training sessions?

It can take a few sessions to get used to our workouts. We recommend taking it slow and giving it more than one chance. It can sometimes take a couple sessions to feel comfortable.
