Is the free version free forever? What's the catch?

Yes. No catch — it is fully functional. It is limited by the number of bookings per month, so once you grow bigger you'll probably want to upgrade to the Pro tier.

Do I need to enter credit card details to get started?

No. Just download the app and get started. In fact, you never have to enter credit card details — paid tiers are charged through the app stores, or via a direct invoice from us if you prefer, payable by bank transfer.

How is Bobclass different from other software?

Bobclass is a real app — fast, easy to use, fully functional on mobile and tablet, with push notifications and high security. Most competitors have web-based apps, which are easy for them to maintain but don't offer you the same experience.

How does my team work with Bobclass?

There is a dedicated app for team members called Bobclass Team, which lets them manage their own bookings without having access to sensitive data.

How do my clients book?

There are two ways: via a web page that comes with Bobclass, or via a dedicated client app called Bobclass Go, where they can also cancel their bookings.

Can my clients cancel?

Yes. Clients can cancel through the booking page or the Bobclass Go app. You control the cancellation policy, and waitlists automatically fill cancelled spots on the Studio and Unlimited plans.

Is Bobclass a good fit for a one-person studio?

Absolutely. It is used by many personal trainers, solo yoga and Pilates instructors and even tutors. The modest pricing compared to competitors makes it a great fit even if you don't work full time.

Do my clients see everything in their own language?

Bobclass supports English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and Italian.
