What holds it back is a clearly stated business identity, credibility markers like credentials or reviews and structured data describing the business.

Off the page, other sites link to it, the domain reads as established, it turns up in press coverage and it comes up on Reddit. There is some, but not much, sign that there is little discussion of it. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business.
