What is the difference between live-dealer tables and slots?

Live-dealer tables stream real dealers in licensed studios; you play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, or Dragon Tiger in real-time against them. Slots are single-player games — you spin reels and win based on random symbols. Live-dealer tables have fixed bet limits and operate on a schedule; slots are available 24/7 with flexible bet sizes. Both use certified random-number generators and are subject to our terms.

What should I do if I suspect an account-access issue?

If you cannot log in or suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately through the help page on gltools. You can also reset your password using the "Forgot password" link on the login screen — a reset link is sent to your registered email within subject to verification.
