How will I receive the J-Guide?

Once an order is placed, you will recieve an order ID to your email address you inputted when you purchased the J-Guide. Using that order ID and your email address, go to the View Your J-Guide Section and fill out the fields for email address and order ID. From there, you can view your J-Guide. Only a few people at a time can access this J-Guide for security purposes.

How do I access the videos included with the guidebook?

Within the guidebook, you will find the passcodes to each walkthrough video.
