What can I use this for?

All you need to do is decide what activity is important to the smooth running of your business, then use Stasis to monitor that activity. Here are some ideas to get you started: Ecommerce Orders Placed Monitor the number of orders placed on your website. Get alerted if the number of orders drops significantly. Security Failed Payments Monitor the number of failed card payments on your website.

How does it work?

You send web requests to Stasis from your website or app every time an event occurs. For instance "Order Placed". You can track multiple different events.Stasis then monitors the frequency of these events, and alerts you if they deviate from the expected pattern. For example, if your website suddenly processes far fewer orders than usual, it will alert you so you can investigate whether something is broken.

What events can I monitor?

It is entirely up to you.A good start point is to monitor the key events on your website that generate revenue or are important to your business.For example, you might want to monitor "Order Placed", "User Logged In", "Contact Form Submitted" etc.You may have more specific events you want to track, or track occurances of errors for instance.

What data do you store?

Stasis does not store any personal data about your customers, all we store is the frequency at which the events you send to us occur.

Does Stasis account for seasonality?

Yes. Stasis uses machine learning to understand the normal patterns of your website or app.It will take into account the time of day, day of the week, and other factors to understand what is normal for your website.
