Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time, per site. You pay once, you own the license forever, and you keep getting plugin updates for life. The only thing with a time limit is one-on-one support, which includes 6 months with every license and can be extended later if you want it. We made this choice on purpose. Your plugin keeps working forever, and you keep receiving lifetime updates. Only the one-on-one priority support has a time limit. Once your 6 months are up, you have two simple options: renew support for another year for a small fee, or lean on our documentation and community resources, which are both extensive and completely free. In fact, roughly half of our long-term customers never renew at all, simply because the plugin keeps running smoothly without needing any help.

Will it work with my WordPress theme?

Almost certainly, yes. Real Estate Manager is a theme-independent real estate plugin for WordPress, tested with every major theme including Kadence, Astra, GeneratePress, Avada, Divi, OceanWP, Hello, and Storefront. Because it uses standard WordPress post types and the normal template hierarchy, it picks up your theme's styling automatically. The only themes that ever cause friction are very old, abandoned, or heavily customized real estate themes that try to override post types. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Every purchase is backed by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. What happens to my data if I stop using the plugin?

Nothing is lost, and that's the whole point of one-time pricing with no lock-in. Your listings, agents, custom fields, and settings are all stored as standard WordPress data, never trapped on our servers. If you deactivate the plugin, your data stays safely in your own database.
