Primary Purpose Center is the largest Alcohol & Substance Abuse Treatment Center in Lorain County. We provide a Safe & Structured Program to help anyone suffering from Alcohol & Substance Abuse. We're a Non-Profit and do not charge our Clients for any of the services in our Program.

Go to the application tab & fill out the pre-admission application accurately & completely. Please use the best contact number to speak to you the same day.

Upon receiving the application a Director will call to review the application, conduct an interview, more than likely provide a decision on the initial call, and start the admissions process.

Once determined our level 3 program is a perfect fit for you & Primary Purpose, we will schedule an intake time Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm & go over approved personal items.

Upon completion residents have the opportunity to enter PrimaryWorks (workforce development) and transition into traditional level 2 recovery housing.

Drop-Offs are ONLY during OFFICE Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm - NO EXCEPTIONS
