How is 40Flare billed?

We typically split pricing into two parts: the initial setup (site + platform) and the ongoing monthly operation. In your quote you’ll see the setup fee and the recommended monthly plan so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Is there a minimum term or long contract?

The minimum term for monthly plans is 3 months. After that, details like term length and payment method depend on the project type and scope. We look for reasonable agreements for both sides—not long contracts that don’t make sense for your company.

Can I start small and then grow?

Yes. Many clients start with a smaller scope, then add more forms, projects, or modules as they see results and need more support.

What exactly do I receive when I request a quote?

A simple document outlining your site structure, what 40Flare includes for your case, and one or more investment scenarios (setup + operation) so you can choose what fits best.

How long does it take to deliver the site?

In most cases, we can have your base site live in under 2 weeks—as long as we have the minimum content and the overall direction approved. If your scope is larger or information is missing, we’ll make that clear in the quote with an adjusted timeline.
