Pointward describes itself simply: "Pointward is a strategy-driven, action-oriented, globally capable customer engagement company 100% focused on medical technology and healthcare." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, though, it is barely visible: it scores 4.3 out of 10.

On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clearly stated business identity, crawler access and the files AI engines look for and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on some structured data, a workable page structure and a few credibility markers.
