How do online tutoring sessions work?

Sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing (Zoom or Google Meet). You'll receive a meeting link via email. Sessions include live video, interactive whiteboard, screen sharing, and chat features. Most students find online tutoring just as effective as in-person sessions.

What are the tutor qualifications?

All tutors hold minimum bachelor's degrees in their subject areas from accredited universities. Most have master's or doctoral degrees. We verify educational credentials and conduct background checks. Tutors must also demonstrate teaching ability and subject expertise.

Can I switch tutors if needed?

Absolutely. If your assigned tutor isn't the right fit, simply contact our support team and we'll match you with a different tutor at no additional charge. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your educator.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule sessions with 24-hour notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the session. Emergency exceptions are handled case-by-case.

Do you offer group tutoring sessions?

Yes! Small group sessions (2-4 students) are available at discounted rates. Groups must study the same subject and are ideal for classmates or study partners. Contact us for group pricing.
