Devision Of Rehabilitation Services

The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is the state’s lead agency serving persons with disabilities. ZAYAN LLC ACTIVECARE works with DRS in order to assist individuals with disabilities, empowering them to reach their employment, education, and independent living goals, by providing trained and compassionate Home Care Aides that best fit particular needs in efforts of tailoring care to person’s unique necessitations.

Veterans Affairs

This program is for Veterans who need personal care services and help with activities of daily living. ZAYAN LLC works with the US department of veteran affairs to provide trained and compassionate homemakers/ Home health Aides as a part of an alternative to nursing home care. The Homemaker/Home Health Aide services can be used in combination with other Home and Community Based Services.

Respite Care

Services which offer temporary, substitute supports or living arrangements for care recipients in order to provide a brief period of relief or rest for caregivers.

24 hr Live-in Care

With 24-hour in-home care, the caregiver resides inside the home and provides undivided attention round-the-clock. This caregiving option is best for seniors going through specific health ailments that require extra care and assistance, such as dementia. Our 24-hour caregivers are dedicated and keep the recipient’s care as their priority, ensuring that they get high-quality care in the comfort of their own home.
