How often will I receive home health care?

Your home health care plan is personalized to your individual needs; when care first begins, our home health team will work with your existing physician to determine the frequency and nature of your care. They will consider your current healthcare needs as well as your home environment and existing level of support from family or caregivers.

What are personal care services?

This includes help with eating and meal preparation, dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming, medication reminders, and general mobility.
