Who is Akdo built for?

How is Akdo different from a generic AI tool like ChatGPT or Copilot?

Akdo runs that whole process on top of a knowledge base covering 150+ HSE topics — from OSHA compliance to near-miss investigations — and 100+ sustainability topics. Can we use our own SOPs, policies and incident reports?

Yes. Your documents are the source of truth for every module Akdo builds. You can upload SOPs, ESG reports, codes of conduct, incident reports, slide decks or existing videos, and Akdo extracts the relevant content, maps it to the right roles, and produces training that mirrors your standards and brand. Your team reviews and approves every module before it goes live.

Does Akdo plug into our existing LMS and IT stack?

Yes. Akdo exports SCORM and LTI, integrates with Workday, SuccessFactors and other enterprise LMS / LXP platforms, and can deliver content through your HR systems, supplier portals or branded customer pages. Teams without an LMS can let Akdo host the engagements directly. IT integration is typically a half-day conversation that fits inside a normal security review.

How long does a real rollout take?

Most enterprise rollouts go live in 12 weeks. Discovery and pricing happen in weeks 1 to 2, executive alignment in weeks 3 to 5, kickoff and data room in weeks 5 to 6, the Akdo build with two review cycles in weeks 6 to 10, and IT integration plus go-live in weeks 10 to 12. The classical script, record, translate and upload cycle takes around nine months for the same scope of program.
