Not at all.Many of my clients are undiagnosed, self-id entified, or exploring their neurodivergence. If you relate to what I share or feel like you might be neurodivergent, you're welcome here.

🌀 Can I coach with you as both an adult and a parent?

Yes. Many of my clients are neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent kids. We can focus on your parenting, your own needs, or both—it’s all connected.

💬 How often do we meet or talk?

It depends on your coaching format.Real Time Coaching (Zoom): We meet once a week, face-to-face. That gives us consistent time to build momentum and support.Anytime Coaching (Messaging): You get the same level of support—just delivered through text, voice or video messages, at a pace that works for you. Think of it as a flexible, async version of weekly coaching.You can also mix both formats or adjust as needed.

🧯 What if I’m in a burnout or shutdown phase?
