I'm an agency managing multiple clients. Which plan should I pick?

Agency tier, $499/mo. It supports up to 10 client datasets, 1.5M line items each, daily scheduled reruns, REST API and MCP server (Beta) for your team's AI tools, and a DPA on request. We're also running a 3-month Design Partner program at $199/mo for hand-picked agencies serving $5M to $50M GMV clients, with direct founder access and a vote on the roadmap.

I'm a business owner running a single store, not an agency. Is it still usable?

Yes. Most single-store merchants find their first test win within the first hour. The Free tier covers a single store up to 20K line items with the full rules engine, hypothesis ranking, and audience builder. No credit card, no time limit. Upgrade to Pro ($49/mo) when your dataset outgrows free, or stay on Free as long as it fits.

Can I put the audit output straight into a client deck or pitch?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. Both tiers ship reports with a shareable read-only URL (optionally password-protected) and full CSV/JSON export. Each hypothesis comes prefilled with expected lift, audience size, and a one-line recommendation, so dropping a page into a deck is a copy-paste, not a rewrite. Free is export-only, but you can still pull the data into your deck manually.

How do you handle client data privacy and security?

Raw CSV data is deleted shortly after processing. We only retain the computed report results. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not share or sell your data. For agencies handling client data, we sign DPAs on the Agency tier.

What data sources and formats do you support?

Any transactional data: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, custom platforms, ERP exports, wholesale order history, or a data warehouse query. We auto-detect Shopify and WooCommerce, provide a manual column mapper for everything else, and accept CSV uploads on every tier. Pro and Agency add webhook ingest. Agency adds REST API ingest. If you have transaction data with order IDs and product identifiers, Affinsy can analyze it, not just e-commerce.

Can I push audiences to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or our BI stack?

Yes, via export. Each hypothesis ships with a built audience exportable as CSV (for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, or any tool that takes a customer list). On Agency, you also get a JSON pull via REST API and the MCP build_audience tool so AI assistants can fetch the segment directly. We don't push to channels for you; you import the CSV or call the API.

What is product correlation analysis, in plain English?

It answers: which products in the catalog actually drive each other's sales? Affinsy goes beyond 'frequently bought together' counts to find statistically proven co-purchase patterns, ranked by strength (support, confidence, lift) so you know which pairs are real signal versus coincidence, and which are worth turning into a test.
