Armada Moving Company

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully. Armada Moving Company, LLC is licensed through DORA and the PUC (USDOT# 2634650, PUC# HHG-00454), and complimentary insurance coverage is included in standard rates, with supplemental options available.

How do estimates work?

By phone, every time. We don't do online quote forms — a real person talks through your home, timeline, and belongings, then builds a custom plan. The number we agree on together is the number you pay: no hidden fees, no gimmicks.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Because we refuse to overbook, the calendar genuinely fills — especially in summer and at month-end. Once your date is reserved, it stays yours.

Do you help seniors move?

Yes — senior and retirement moves are a core service. Crews work at a patient pace, help with downsizing, and coordinate with retirement and assisted-living communities. Family members can plan the move by phone from anywhere.

What areas do you serve?

Home base is Fort Collins, with crews across Northern Colorado weekly — Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Timnath, Greeley, and Longmont — plus moves anywhere within Colorado.

Do you handle long-distance or out-of-state moves?

We move you anywhere within Colorado — Fort Collins to Denver, the Western Slope, or anywhere in between. We don't cross state lines.

Who are your movers?

CSU students and alumni, paid a livable wage and held to mandatory strength standards and high ethics standards. We never send untrained movers.

Can you move my piano, safe, or other heavy items?

Usually, yes. Single-item moves are quoted case-by-case, with their own minimums. Pianos and gun safes are the exception — we move them as part of a larger move, not on their own. If a piece is outside our scope, we refer you to a team better suited to move it safely.
