Which countries are supported?
Asbing is a cloud‑based AI operating system that works reliably in most countries. Chat and SMS are supported globally. Voice channels—including the AI Receptionist and outbound calling—will continue to roll out to additional countries as we expand.
How does the AI know my business?
Asbing crawls your website, PDFs, Word docs and FAQs into a shared knowledge base. Every AI channel - the receptionist, the chatbot, SMS, email - answers from that same source, and you can add or edit content at any time. The AI never guesses; if it doesn't know, it says so and escalates.
What about my customer data?
Every account is tenant-isolated with encrypted storage. Your customer data is never used to train third-party models. Australian data residency options are available for regulated industries.
