How can I start investing with ATP Backoffice?

ATP Backoffice starts investing for you once your deposit reaches your investment portfolio. The investment process begins automatically within two to five business days (depending on the operation of the global financial markets). We employ smart and advanced solutions to allow you to monitor performance daily.

How can I deactivate my account?

By withdrawing your entire investment from your portfolio. You will not incur costs or fees if the portfolio doesn’t have any investments, and we will keep your portfolio open for you in case you decide to benefit from our services again in the future.

Do I have to deposit every month or a certain amount?

ATP Backoffice believes that investing should be open to everyone, and it should be flexible based on your goals and financial capabilities. That’s why we don’t have requirements on regular transfers or a certain amount to maintain your investment portfolio. You can make a one-time deposit or a series of monthly deposits, and we will be committed to invest your money as soon as you deposit into your portfolio.

Can I withdraw my investment amount?

Yes; You can withdraw the amount you want after starting the investment process by submitting a withdrawal request through ATP Backoffice's platform. The withdrawal process occurs within seven business days (Based on the operation of the global financial markets), then the amount will be transferred within two business days (Based on the banking system’s working days in remittances).

How can I deposit into my portfolio?

You can transfer the amount you want to invest from your bank account to your portfolio’s IBAN at ATP Backoffice by defining a new beneficiary from your bank account. Proceed with the transfer after successfully identifying the recipient. It usually takes 5 minutes to two working days for the transferred amount to appear in your ATP Backoffice’s portfolio (depending on which banking account you used).
