What is Automatio AI?

Automatio AI is an automation platform with 11 specialized AI agents and 50+ tools. You describe what you need in plain English, and our agents handle the rest — from web scraping and email management to spreadsheet automation and social media monitoring.

What's the difference between Chat Mode and Agent Mode?

Chat Mode gives you a direct conversation with an AI model — great for brainstorming and general questions. Agent Mode activates our multi-agent system that intelligently routes your request to the best specialized agent (Web, Gmail, Sheets, etc.) and uses 50+ integrated tools to complete complex tasks.

How does the AI know which agent to use?

Our routing system analyzes your message and automatically selects the most appropriate agent. For example, 'Send an email to John about the meeting' routes to the Gmail agent, while 'Scrape prices from Amazon' routes to the Web & SEO agent. Multi-step tasks can chain multiple agents together.

Is my data private with the Chrome extension?

Yes. The Chrome extension runs directly in your browser. Your credentials and browsing data never leave your machine. The extension communicates with our API only for AI processing — your actual website interactions happen locally.

How does batch automation work?

With the Browser Automation agent, you can process up to 1,000+ URLs at once. Provide a list of URLs and describe what to do on each page (click, fill forms, extract data). The AI generates automation scripts from your examples and runs them at scale.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your automations will pause until credits are replenished. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credit packs anytime. We'll notify you when you're running low so you can plan ahead.

Can I use my own API keys?

Currently, Automatio uses its own API infrastructure to ensure consistent performance. We handle all the API keys, rate limiting, and connection management so you don't have to.
