When will my documents be served?

We can have a server on site to attempt within an hour if necessary. We offer routine, rush and emergency service rates. Click here to get a quote.

What times do you serve?

Our servers will generally attempt anytime between 8am and 9pm all 7 days of the week. We can arrange to attempt earlier or later which would be charged on a per attempt basis. We will adjust attempt times depending on the type of location. For example, when serving at a home, a server will try to attempt later in the evening or earlier in the morning to catch someone before or after they work.

Does the person I am serving sign for anything?

No, the subject does not sign any paperwork. Instead, the server will sign an affidavit or a sworn statement stating the subject was served. We will also file that with the court for you in most cases.

Can you serve someone at work?

Yes, we can! The only place a process server cannot legally serve someone is on Indian Reservation Land or inside of a court room (We can still serve at and inside of a court)

I know where someone will be at a certain day and time, can you serve them there?

Yes, we offer a stake out/scheduled service where the server will wait at a location for your subject.
