What is Bersyn?

Bersyn is AI Recommendation Intelligence. It shows what ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini actually say when buyers ask which tool to use — who AI recommends, who gets recommended instead of you, where the models disagree, and the representation issues behind it. It then helps you publish the evidence AI is missing.

How does Bersyn work?

You enter your product URL. Bersyn reads your site to understand your category, capabilities, and what makes you different — and uses that as the baseline. It scans ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini with the questions your buyers ask and shows you what each model said, who it recommended, who was recommended instead of you, and the representation issues (omitted, misclassified, generic, confused) — plus what to fix next. Recurring scans run on a schedule so you can confirm whether each fix worked.

What do you scan for?

Buyer questions — the high-intent prompts where someone asks AI which tool to use — and category presence, how widely AI associates you with your market. For each, Bersyn captures who AI recommended, at what position, who was named instead of you, and what each model actually said. Buyer questions are scanned weekly, category presence monthly.

Which AI systems do you scan?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity, and Gemini (Google). Each one is queried with the same prompts on the same schedule so you can compare what they recommend — and where they disagree — across all four.

What does the first scan include?

A free baseline scan across all four AI systems. You'll see who AI recommended, who was recommended instead of you, the buyer questions where you're omitted or misrepresented, the representation issues by model, and the AI system where you're weakest. A compact score is included as a quick secondary signal. Generated fixes and recurring scans are part of the paid plan.

How is Bersyn different from SEO tools or a one-time AI audit?

SEO tools rank pages on Google. Bersyn captures what AI recommends to buyers — a different surface with different mechanics. A one-time audit is a snapshot; Bersyn re-scans on a schedule so each fix is verifiable and regressions are caught when AI providers update. Manual prompt testing in ChatGPT is unstructured; Bersyn runs identical prompts across all four AI systems and keeps the evidence.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Each user can only access their own project data. The AI provider APIs we use do not train on inputs under each provider's currently published terms. Your product baseline is versioned, so every scan is reproducible against the version you approved. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
