What is Rhenari?

Rhenari is a continuous roadmap monitoring platform for SaaS product and engineering leaders. It connects to the collaboration, project management, and development tools your teams already use and surfaces two scores — Momentum and Confidence — that tell you whether your organization is executing against its plan. Momentum tracks directional progress: is the team converging on its stated goals? Confidence tracks signal quality: is the underlying data strong enough to trust the reading? Both are delivered in plain language, directly in Microsoft Teams.

What is continuous roadmap monitoring?

Continuous roadmap monitoring is the ongoing, automated synthesis of execution signals — drawn directly from the tools teams use — into an interpreted picture of whether the organization is on track. It is not a dashboard, not a quarterly review, and not a status report. It reads behavioral metadata across your organization's tools and interprets the pattern against your stated plan, continuously, without depending on anyone to prepare an update.

What does Rhenari actually read from our tools?

Rhenari reads behavioral metadata — the structural pattern of activity across your systems. That means: who communicated with whom, when, how frequently, and in what pattern. When tasks changed state. Where cross-functional coordination is active and where it has gone quiet. It does not read message bodies, email content, calendar notes, or ticket descriptions. The distinction is architectural, not policy-based — content is never written to persistent storage.

Is this employee surveillance?

No. Rhenari reads patterns, not content. It surfaces team-level and department-level execution signals. It never surfaces individual-level behavioral data to any user, under any circumstance. Minimum group sizes are enforced at the analytics layer. The system answers "is this organization converging on its plan?" — not "what is this person doing?" The line between behavioral metadata and surveillance is structural, and we've written extensively about it.

What tools does Rhenari integrate with?

Rhenari connects to the collaboration, project management, and development tools your teams already use. Current integrations include Microsoft 365 (via Microsoft Graph), Jira, and Azure DevOps. The specific tools are configured during onboarding based on your organization's stack. Additional integrations are planned based on customer need.

How is Rhenari different from engineering analytics platforms?

Engineering analytics platforms measure the delivery pipeline — how fast code moves, how reliably it deploys, how quickly teams recover. Those are valuable measurements. They answer "how fast are we shipping?" They do not answer "are we shipping the right things?" or "is the organization aligned on what matters?" Rhenari operates at a different level: it interprets whether the organization's actual execution pattern is converging on its stated plan. DORA tells you velocity. Rhenari tells you direction.

How is Rhenari different from our roadmap tool?

Roadmap tools are built to plan — to capture intent, communicate priorities, and align stakeholders. They do that well. They are not built to monitor whether execution is still converging on the plan three weeks later. Planning and monitoring are different functions. Your roadmap tool answers "what did we agree to do?" Rhenari answers "are we still doing it?"
