Black Dog Dog Sitting

Will you dog sit my dog in my home?

No, we only dog sit in our own home. We will make every effort to make your dog ascomfortable as possible in our stress free environment.

Does my dog need to to have all their shots to board with you?

Yes, all dogs need to be fully vaccinated prior to their first boarding. Proof of vaccination will be required for, but not limited to, Rabies, DHPP Distemper, Bordatella, Leptosporosis and Canine Flu.

How will I know if you're a good match with my dog?

Black Dog requires a "Meet n' Greet", in our home, for all first time boardings so you and your dog can get acquainted with us, our dog and our home. This ensures the safety of your loved one and for them to feel as comfortable as possible while they stay with us.

How many dogs can I board at one time?

Black Dog usually watches one (1) dog at a time. If there are multiple dogs per family (maximum of 3), we will watch them all at the same time so no one is away from each other. We will not watch dogs from multiple families at the same due to some dogs not getting along with each other.

I have a puppy, will you still board them?

Yes, here at Black Dog we watch puppies too. Throughout their vacation we will continue to work with them, continue their training, get them associated with other people and playmates (if allowed), and give them as much attention as needed.
