Customizing an in-stock ring means starting with one of our existing designs and making small adjustments—like changing the metal, swapping the center stone, or resizing—to make it your own.A custom ring, on the other hand, is fully bespoke. We design it from the ground up based on your story, inspiration, and style preferences. This process includes concept sketches, gemstone sourcing, CAD renderings, and final production—resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece made exclusively for you.

How long does it take to make a custom ring?

Our typical custom timeline is 6–8 weeks from your design consultation to completion. This includes time for sketches, CAD modeling, casting, stone setting, and polishing. If your design requires special gemstone sourcing, engraving, or complex details, we’ll provide an updated timeline during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Most custom and made-to-order rings require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due when your ring is finished—typically in 4–5 weeks. We also offer Affirm financing at checkout, with options to Pay in 4 or choose monthly installments over 3–48 months. You’re welcome to combine multiple payment methods—debit, credit, Affirm, or scrap metal credit—and we’ll structure your payments in the way that works best for you.

Are the rings suitable for daily wear?

Yes—our engagement rings are designed with durability and craftsmanship in mind. However, every ring’s long-term wearability depends on the metal, setting style, and gemstones you choose. We’ll guide you toward designs and materials that align with your lifestyle. For example, bezel or low-profile settings are great for active wearers, while delicate pavé styles may require more mindful care. Regular cleaning and annual prong checks (complimentary through our Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty) will keep your ring secure and sparkling.
