Does it freeze?
Yes. Our products are not freeze-proof and if any water is allowed to sit in the tops and freeze, it will cause cracking and break. Winter storage is always recommended to prevent any damages. You can get full year use out of your birdbath if you use a birdbath heater for the colder months.
My Top broke on my birdbath, is there anything I can do?
Sadly no, once they are broken there is not much you can do. Most glues are not safe for the wildlife that will be enjoying your birdbath. If you only have hairline cracks in your top and want to prevent further damage - we recommend using FlexSeal Clear. Once the sealant has cured for 24hrs, it is safe for the birds.
What If the Product I want is out of stock?
Sometimes products are marked out of stock online when they do not meet our standards for shipping, even when we do have them in stock. If you are ever interested in an item with some flaws, please reach out to us via Chat or email for help placing an order.
Can I get a product custom made?
Yes! (within reason and availability of course) You can ask for any product that is in our current production to be altered for your own personal tastes. We can switch out glazes for any style or send them completely bare as natural clay. Custom orders must be communicated with our customer service through chat or email before an order is placed. Customer orders will also take additional time to produce.
Why are Turquoise items always sold out?
Our turquoise glaze has not been performing the way it should for several years now. With our online orders everything must match close enough to what is posted online as we do not do returns & we want all of our customers to be happy with their new birdbath set or top. We have been working on the Kiln for a bit and getting the burn settings to where it needs to be with the new parts that were put in. We have almost gotten it down right to where the Turquoise will start coming out like it used to years ago. Keep an eye on the website for Turquoise stock to be added!
