Can I buy Alevo tables through the NDIS scheme?

Alevo is a Registered NDIS Provider. We can work directly with you to provide the necessary quotes and TGA compliance documentation for your claim.

How long will it take to receive my treatment table?

In Stock: Standard Centurion models kept in our warehouse are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Do you offer servicing and spare parts?

Yes, and it's what separates us from 95% of the other players on the market. We carry a full inventory of spare parts (motors, control boxes, gas struts) in our Australian warehouse. We also have a network of service technicians who can maintain your electric treatment table to keep it in good health or get it working again if something breaks.

What warranty do you offer on treatment tables?

Athlegen, Centurion and Forme Medical tables are known across the industry for their incredible lifespans and reliability. Our warranty matches this level of quality. Athlegen & Forme Medical range (Aus Made): 15-year structural warranty on the frame. Centurion: 5-year structural warranty. Motors & Electrics: Generally covered for 2-3 years depending on the model.

Is all delivery "door-to-door"?

Standard freight is Curbside Delivery (delivered to your driveway/loading dock on a pallet). This might not be ideal for many clinics, hospitals or small practices. Especially when dealing with electric tables that weigh upwards of 125kg. Reach out to our support team for a quote to deliver within your premises.
