Do you take my insurance?

Yes and No. For nutrition counseling, we absolutely do and are in network with all private insurances. For physical therapy we don’t bill in-network insurance — and that’s a good thing. It means we can give you 60-minute one-on-one sessions, all-inclusive pricing, and care that lasts until your goals are met, not until your benefits run out. Many of our clients find that the results, transparency, and speed of progress make us more affordable in the long run.

How much does it cost?

Not at all. Many clients come to us simply to lose weight, get stronger, or improve their performance. Whether you’re dealing with pain or just want to feel in control of your health again, we build the right plan for you.

What if I don’t live near Raleigh?

Our nutrition coaching is available virtually, so you can work with our experts no matter where you live. For rehab and training, we’ll meet you in person at our facility. If you’re traveling, we’ll keep you moving with a plan you can follow anywhere.
