What if the recipient isn't online when I send the link?
The sender's device needs to be online when the recipient clicks the link to initiate the transfer. If you need to send files when the recipient isn't immediately available, you can schedule a transfer time or use our optional temporary cloud storage (available in premium plans).
Is there a file size limit?
No! CheekuShare has no inherent file size limits. The only constraints are the available storage on the sending and receiving devices, and your network connection speed. We've successfully transferred files over 100GB in size.
How secure are the file transfers?
Extremely secure. All transfers use end-to-end encryption with AES-256. The connection is established using WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP, and files are never stored on our servers. Even we can't access your files during transfer.
