Do I need a referral from my MD?

No, you will not need a referral from any other doctor. Chiropractors are primary care doctors. Further, if you require a referral to a specialist, our office is able to coordinate the referral. We are also able to order advanced imaging, labs, and tests when medically necessary. We often work with other primary care physicians for conditions outside our scope of practice.

What is the education like for chiropractors?

Because chiropractors are trained in Primary Health Care, their education and training are extensive.
