Do you offer financing?

Yes, we have partnered with Enerbank, a leader in home remodeling financing. We would be happy to assist you in securing financing if it suits your needs.

What is your service area?

We primarily serve Seattle (east of the Duwamish Waterway) and the Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell, Sammamish, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Kenmore, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Duvall, and Monroe.

Do you install lawn?

Yes! We offer natural lawn installation as part of our Design + Build services or landscape renovations, including grading, soil prep, and irrigation setup.

What landscape elements do you typically build?

We offer a comprehensive range of services as part of our installation projects. Our offerings include design and planning, where we create detailed plans tailored to your vision, and demolition and clean-up to prepare the site by removing existing structures and debris. We construct hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, and build drainage solutions to protect your landscape. Our softscape services involve creating plant beds, planting new lawns and plants, and procuring and installing a variety of greenery. We also install efficient irrigation systems and landscape

Do you install artificial turf?

No, we believe that a natural lawn is beneficial for both our clients and the environment. We offer low-maintenance alternatives to traditional lawns, such as eco-lawns, moss lawns, or thyme lawns. While we are disinclined to install artificial turf, we are happy to refer our clients to artificial turf subcontractors if that is what the client desires.
