Can you manufacture custom-sized body bags or plastic products?

Yes. While we carry a wide range of stock sizes (from infant to jumbo bariatric), we can manufacture custom body bags or pet loss bags. Please note that custom manufacturing typically requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1,000 pieces. We can also custom-fabricate items using vinyl, polypropylene, polyethylene, and bioplastics.

Do you offer eco-friendly or cremation-safe options?

Absolutely. We are pioneers in custom bioplastics and offer a line of eco-friendly products made from non-petroleum-based resins (like corn and tapioca starches). Our eco-friendly body bags are specifically designed to be chlorine-free and “Burn Wise” compliant for clean cremation, and they are also suitable for alkaline hydrolysis (water cremation).

We offer several material grades to meet different structural needs:Standard/Light Duty: Typically 6–8 mil thickness for general transport.Heavy Duty: Often 10–12 mil, reinforced with heat-sealed seams to prevent leaking.Super Heavy Duty/Disaster: Scrim-reinforced materials designed for high-stress recovery and bariatric cases, often featuring up to 16 reinforced carry handles.

Can we request private labeling or custom branding?

Yes. We offer private label services for organizations looking for direct-to-retail or branded professional offerings. This includes in-house printing and fulfillment capabilities. For logos on body bags, we often recommend high-adhesion stickers for customization, though we can discuss direct printing for large-scale custom orders.

What is your typical lead time and shipping policy?

In-Stock Items: Most stock merchandise ships within 1 to 2 business days. Custom Orders: Lead times for custom products are provided at the time of quoting. Shipping: We offer Free Shipping to the lower 48 states on many items. We ship via FedEx or LTL freight across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. International shipping can be arranged using the customer’s shipping account.

Do you sell directly to end-users or through distributors?

We do both. We sell our mortuary garments primarily to distributors who supply funeral homes. However, we sell our body bags and specialty plastic products directly to hospitals, coroners, municipalities, schools, and veterinary clinics, as well as through our network of distributors.

What is your return policy for B2B bulk orders?

Returns or exchanges for unopened and unused stock products must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom products are not eligible for returns once the order is submitted. If an item is defective or the wrong item was shipped, Classic Plastics will cover the return shipping costs.
