Does Clearpoint Strategy provide bankruptcy services?

No. Clearpoint Strategy has permanently discontinued all bankruptcy-related services. We do not prepare or assist with bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, exemptions, plans, motions, filing packets, or any other bankruptcy document in any state or federal district. We do not advise anyone whether to file bankruptcy or which chapter, forms, exemptions, or procedures may apply.

Are you a law firm or do you provide legal advice?

Do you offer contracts or business documents?

We provide document formatting and preparation support for contract and business documents based on the terms and content you provide (or attorney-drafted language you provide). We can help assemble business filing packets (e.g., formation filings, operating agreement documents) as directed by you. We do not recommend contract terms or provide legal advice.
