If you prefer in‑person guidance, and technique support, 1:1 PT is ideal. If you want flexibility, structure, and support from anywhere, Online Coaching (Coming Soon) is usually the better fit. Pre & Postnatal clients can choose either depending on comfort and availability. And you can always do a bit of both as Online Coaching and 1:1 PT sessions can be combined.
Do I Need a Gym Membership?
No. Programmes can be created to be done at home with minimal equipment or just bodyweight. Some equipment would be very beneficial (i.e. dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights) and this can be discussed. You can access the gym with me for your 1:1 sessions.
What happens during the consultation?
It’s a relaxed chat where I listen and gather the info I need: goals, lifestyle, training history, health considerations, and what you want from coaching.
How personalised is the plan?
Everything is 100% personalised — your training and progressions are built around your lifestyle, not a template.
Is this safe if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely. I’m a qualified Pre & Postnatal coach. Training during pregnancy is not only safe but hugely beneficial to you and your baby. You do not have to wait until 6 weeks postpartum to start. Everything is tailored to your current trimester or stage of recovery and is adaptable at anytime.
