Claude Code by Anthropic is a business whose own site puts it this way: "Anthropic's agentic coding tool for developers. Claude Code understands your codebase, edits files, runs commands, and helps you ship faster." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is one of the more visible businesses we measure, scoring 7.1 out of 10.

On the page itself the strengths are clear: structured data describing the business, a clear heading structure, a clearly stated business identity, crawler access and the files AI engines look for and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. What holds it back is credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Away from its own site, other sites link to it, the domain reads as established, it turns up in press coverage and people discuss it in places AI engines read. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business and it does not come up on Reddit.

AI crawlers have visited 3 times in our tracking, including GPTBot (ChatGPT) and ClaudeBot (Anthropic). It does link out to several social profiles, which helps engines tie the brand together.
