Each purchase includes lifetime updates and author support. Simply create an account, add products to your cart, complete payment, and start downloading immediately.

Do I need a separate license for each website?

Yes. Each website or project requires its own license. If you're building 5 client websites with the same theme, you need 5 licenses. However, development/staging/production versions of the SAME project only need one license. Contact authors for bulk discounts on multiple licenses.

How long do I have access to my downloads?

Forever! Once you purchase an item, you have lifetime access to download it anytime from your account. Downloads never expire, and you can re-download as many times as needed. You'll also receive all future updates for free, forever. Even if the product is removed from the marketplace, your download access remains.

What if I need help installing or customizing a product?

Each purchase includes author support for 6 months (Regular License) or 12 months (Extended License). Click "Get Support" on the product page to contact the author directly. They'll help with installation, bugs, and basic customization. If the author doesn't respond within 3 business days, contact CodeStoreX support and we'll intervene.

Are updates included with my purchase?

Yes! All purchases include FREE lifetime updates. Whenever the author releases a new version with bug fixes, new features, or security patches, you can download it for free from your account. You'll receive email notifications when updates are available. No additional payment required, ever.
