What do I receive after purchasing a CodivLab product?

You receive lifetime access to the purchased product package, a purchase code/license key, documentation and access to eligible downloads based on your license type.

Does my product license expire?

No. Product licenses are lifetime unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. Support & Updates is separate and controls access to help and new versions after the included period.

How do Support & Updates work?

Most paid products include 12 months of Support & Updates. During an active period you can contact support and download eligible new releases. When the period expires, the license still works, but new updates and support require renewal.

What is the difference between Regular, Multi-license and Open Source?

Regular is intended for one active domain. Multi-license allows multiple active domains based on the selected plan. Open Source provides the source package where offered, usually for teams that need deeper customization.

Can I move my license to another domain?

Yes, when license resets are allowed for the product and account. Reset limits and cooldowns are controlled by CodivLab license settings to prevent abuse while still supporting normal staging or domain changes.
