What should I bring with me?

Depending on the time of year, we encourage guests to wear layers to accommodate the unpredictable weather of Yellowstone National Park. Guests should also bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes. For those who want to capture a lasting memory, please bring your camera and binoculars.

Will you stop on the way if we need to take a photo, want to take a hike, or spend more time at a specific location?

We are happy to oblige guests who want to spend more time in Yellowstone. If your party is on a private tour, it's your day! Your guide can make suggestions and you set the pace. On group tours, we can generally accomodate special requests as long as they do not interfere with other Guests' experience. Cody Shuttle strives for safety and adherence to park regulations when stopping for wildlife viewing or photography.

Is gratuity included in the price of the tour?

No. However, it is customary to give your tour guide a tip at the end of the tour if he/she has done a good job. The amount is entirely at your discretion and is not mandatory.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

A trip to Yellowstone is a large undertaking on many levels. The time, energy, and cost of getting to this area are not insignificant. We have found that if clients must change or cancel their plans, there is usually a serious reason, and we are happy to offer refunds. We must retain any nonrecoverable expenses in order to have this sort of cancellation policy.
