Do you offer credit terms on accommodation?

Yes! Depending on your business's needs, we offer payment terms as net 30 or a trade account. Invoices are also consolidated, per booking, per month, reducing your admin. This service is free of charge and is only provided to limited companies, subject to eligibility.

Do you provide a trade account on accommodation?

Yes! We offer trade accounts on accommodation, where all nights stayed in the prior month receive a single, monthly, consolidated invoice. Payment terms are net 14 from the end of the month. It is free of charge and is only provided to limited companies, subject to eligibility.

Can you find properties for my requirements?

Absolutely! We have a bespoke sourcing service to help you find the accommodation you need. This could simply be availability in a given area or managing logistics for a complex, large scale project.

Do properties come with parking?

This depends on the property, however the majority do as we know this is important to you. Parking may be secure, private, on a street or public and will be noted on each property at the time of booking.

What are the benefits over a hotel?

If you are accommodating large teams being in a hotel can prove costly. Serviced apartments and houses mean your team can stay together with private living areas. You also save on hospitality as kitchens are fully equipped.

Can I book only weekdays for a few months?

Yes! We know you work away most weeks and return home to see your friends and family each weekend. Booking for weekdays, Monday to Friday are absolutely fine.

Can I create recurring bookings?

Yes you can. We understand that many jobs last more than a single week and that is why we make it easy to book for longer period of time. This also includes weekly Monday to Friday.

Can we book for multiple sites at once?

Yes! We make it easy for you to book multiple properties at the same time - either the same week in multiple locations or multiple properties in the same location.
