"Commit to taking charge of your health by our nation's 250th Birthday. We are confronting the US Health Crisis head on." That is how Commit 250 introduces itself. To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 5.1 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.

On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clear heading structure, a clearly stated business identity and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. What holds it back is structured data describing the business, credibility markers like credentials or reviews and the technical files AI engines look for, such as llms.txt or an open robots.txt.

Off the page there is only faint evidence that only a handful of sites link to it and the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. Those are earned elsewhere on the web, not fixed on the site itself.
