What does CompositeApps do?

CompositeApps builds the sovereign composite layer — a three-agent adversarial runtime (Release Advocate, Sensitivity Defender, Arbiter) that lets industry AI produce signed, defensible decisions inside a zero-egress boundary. It is running today at FedRAMP High under a VA National ATO.

What is Active AI-RMF?

Active AI-RMF turns the Risk Management Framework from a periodic pre-deployment gate into continuous, evidence-producing telemetry on live decisions. Every determination is accompanied by its evidence, its authorities, its dissenting view, and its signer.

How is this different from sensor or effector platforms like Anduril or traditional shooter platforms?

Sensor platforms produce data. Effector platforms act on orders. CompositeApps is the composite layer in between — the arbitration runtime that produces the signed decision connecting the two. We do not build sensors or weapons; we build the defensible determination that moves data into an action.

Does this work for non-defense workloads?

Yes. The same three-agent architecture is running a five-party claims-adjudication environment at $250B per year across 200M claims and 400 health systems. Defense, health payments, energy, and robotics all need the same artifact: a signed determination with its evidence attached.
