We respond immediately with compassion and clarity. A slip doesn’t make you a bad person — but it does require firm leadership to protect the safety of the house. We follow a dignity‑centered, safety‑first protocol that includes: Staff's immediate assessment Supportive next‑step planning with recommendations for detox, other sober houses, or treatment.
