Yes, if you are at least 18 years old and have a foriegn passport you are available to register for DaricPay Travel Card and use the service.
How can I complete my profile?
For profile completion we need your identity info, address data, and a scan of your passport's first page. After data entry we need some time to process your information and then your profile will be verified. Once verified, you can perform financial transactions and apply for a Daric service.
I have lost my DaricPay credentials. What should I do?
In our website, enter your phone number and select the 'Forgot password' option. We send the password reset link to the email address you have provided during the account creation process. You can also contact DaricPals anytime and we would be glad to help you.
I want to travel to Iran again. What should I do?
Contact DaricPals. Depending on the time past from your last trip, we tell you what to do and what documents to send us. Then we make it possible for you to load your account balance and apply for a new DaricPay Travel Card.
How can I top-up my account balance?
In-cash and online top-up options are available: All customers can top up their cards with cash at the time of card delivery or later at our Tehran office. For EU bank account holders, online transfer options are offered through our customer support. Please contact us to receive full details.
