Is personal training right for you?

Personal training is not just for athletes or fitness enthusiasts. It is for anyone who wants expert guidance, a clear plan and someone in their corner. If any of the following sounds like you, we should talk.

I have never worked with a personal trainer before. Is that okay?

Completely. Most of my clients start with little or no training experience. Every session is adapted to your current level. We build from wherever you are, with proper technique taught from day one. There is nothing to be intimidated about.

I have back pain. Can I still train safely?

Yes. The Davephysik Method is pain-aware by design. I select exercises that work around your limitations, not through them. Many clients come to me specifically because they need someone who understands how to train safely with existing issues. If needed, I will work alongside your physiotherapist.

What happens in the free consultation call?

It is a 30-minute video call where we talk about your goals, your current situation, any injuries or concerns, and what you are looking for. I will explain how the training works and which option might suit you best. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation to see if we are a good fit.

How is this different from a regular gym trainer?

Most gym trainers give you a generic programme and check in occasionally. With Davephysik, every session is fully structured, technique is corrected in real time, your plan is adjusted weekly based on your progress, and you have ongoing support through the training app between sessions. It is a coaching relationship, not a service transaction.
