Is there really a free plan?

Yes. It includes the entire core product: up to 3 active deal rooms, the full sharing and analytics basics, and 200 AI credits each month. Most teams can run a few real deals on the free plan before they start thinking about upgrading. No credit card required to sign up.

What's actually included with Pro?

Pro is $19 per seat, per month. It bundles things most demo platforms charge for separately: unlimited deal rooms, full analytics, custom branding, and interactive product demos that you'd otherwise pay a second tool $200+/month for. Each seat also comes with 900 AI credits per month.

How do AI credits work?

Every Pro seat includes 900 AI credits each month. Credits cover AI room summaries, follow-ups, and content rewrites. They reset at the start of every billing cycle and don't roll over. If you need more, you can buy top-up packs at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

One click in settings, no email exchange required. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't auto-prorate the unused time, and we don't auto-charge you again.

What's your refund policy?

We refund subscriptions within 7 days if you haven't used much of your monthly AI credits. Once those credits have been spent, we can't refund the subscription, since AI usage costs us real money the moment you use it. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Do you offer custom branding or white-label?

Pro plans include custom branding: your logo, your colors, your domain on shared rooms. Full white-label, with no demoshake mention anywhere, your own subdomain, and fully unbranded customer touchpoints, is available on Enterprise plans only. Reach out and we'll set it up.

How do you decide what to build?

We talk to users constantly and ship in their direction. Most of the features on this page exist because three or four customers asked for the same thing in the same week. If you sign up and tell us something feels off, you'll usually hear back the same day, and there's a decent chance the fix ships within a sprint.
