WANNEER IS ELGACERT BESCHIKBAAR?
Elgacert is beschikbaar sinds 31 mei 2022. De overgangsperiode waarin de huidige papieren documenten ook nog door de DNB’s zullen aanvaard worden, loopt af op 1 juli 2023. Vanaf dan zullen enkel nog digitale Elgacert documenten kunnen dienen voor de opening van de aardgasmeter. AANDACHT: Bovenstaande overgangsperiode wordt éénmalig verlengd tot 1 januari 2024.
WAAROM EEN DIGITAAL PLATFORM VOOR HET AANMAKEN VAN ATTESTEN?
De wereld digitaliseert razendsnel. Ondertussen werken de meeste zaken in ons privé-leven al digitaal: festivaltickets, doktersvoorschriften, vliegtuigtickets, … De attesten artikel 48 voor de opening van de aardgasmeter waren tot op heden alleen op papier beschikbaar die dan door het installatiebedrijf ingevuld en ondertekend worden.
WAT KAN MET ELGACERT?
Aanmaken en beheer van attesten Je kan zeer eenvoudig attesten aanmaken, isometrische schema’s en foto’s van een installatie toevoegen, attesten kopiëren (voor eenzelfde EAN) en archiveren. Zo kan je je attesten ten alle tijde opvragen en bekijken of eventueel terug doorsturen naar je klant als die erom vraagt. Je betaalt ook gewoon online voor je attesten.
VOORDELEN ELGACERT?
ALTIJD EN OVERAL JE ATTESTEN BIJ DE HAND Voorraad van papieren attesten is niet meer nodig. Je kan overal en altijd een attest aanmaken en je attesten terugvinden in Elgacert(*). (*) Enkel in online modus (= verbonden met het internet)
