"Silent workflow observation agent that captures real user behavior for AI implementation, process automation, and workflow documentation." That is how Diligent4 introduces itself. To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 5.4 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.

On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clear heading structure and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on some structured data, a partly stated business identity and basic crawler access. What holds it back is credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Away from its own site, other sites link to it.
