How do I create and access my account?

An account is required to create and manage memorials. Enter your email address, then use the login code sent to your inbox. You do not need to create or remember an account password. A new code is sent to your email whenever you sign in.

What can I add to a Basic Memorial?

You can choose a memorial garden and add the pet name, animal type or breed, gender, location, one main photo, life dates, and a memorial story.

What does Lifetime Memorial add?

Lifetime Memorial includes everything available in Basic Memorial.

How do publishing and privacy settings work?

Draft keeps the memorial unpublished while you prepare it. Published submits the memorial for review. After approval, it is shown according to the selected privacy setting. A memorial can be public, available only through its personal link, or available through the personal link with password protection.

How do I edit, delete, or manage my account?

Open your account dashboard to edit or delete your memorial posts. You can update memorial details, status, visibility, personal link, and access password. You can also delete your account yourself at any time without contacting support. Before deleting the account, delete all memorial posts from the dashboard. After no memorials remain, open your profile and use the Delete Account button. Free to create
